We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments in any other name (i.e. any other individual or organization name) or via personal Western Union or personal Paypal Accounts for any services rendered by Infritz Jobz. You are informed that under no circumstances will Infritz Jobz be liable for any damage caused in your transaction to such fraudulent individuals or organizations.

As we keep up high interactions with our clients and provide support to use the services extended at Infritz Jobz thus there is no provision for any kind of full or partial refund. It is expressly stated that paid amount would not be refund in any circumstance.

Member's Obligations

• The Member is solely responsible for the accuracy of the Registration Data given to the Company in the application for membership in order to use the Service.
• The Member is responsible for the set-up or configuration of all the necessary equipment required to access the Service.
• The Member will comply with all notices or instructions given by the Company from time to time in respect of the use of the Service.
• The Member shall be solely responsible for all information retrieved, stored and transmitted through the Service by him.
• The Member is solely responsible for the maintenance of confidentiality of the login information.
• This would include the Member's password and Member Username and all activities and transmission performed by the Member at Infritz Jobz.
• The Member will immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of the Member's account or any other breach of security known to the Member.
